Ex-Churchill Show comedian graduates from US military academy

Kenyan comedian Francis Onono, alias Brigeddia General, has graduated from a US military academy, Onono who used to make regular appearances on the Churchill Show, said he graduated as a soldier at Fort Sill Oklahoma in the 1-31 Bravo Battery, 434th Field Artillery.

Onono, who previously worked as a Kenya Forest Service (KFS) ranger, is also a songwriter, poet, and musician with several songs to his name including Binadam, Mweshimiwa, Hendisheki, and Kenya Hii. He joined Churchill Show in 2014 to perform comical poetry. Kenyans online led by Daniel Ndambuki, popularly known by his stage name Churchill, congratulated Onono for the achievement.

Hard drive containing unreleased 2Pac music and and photos to fetch up to $1m at auction

the 25th anniversary of Tupac Shakur murder fell on September 13 yet items from his personal vault and those close to him continue to be unearthed with a hefty price tag attached.

According to Gotta Have Rock and Roll, where the item is being auctioned the 83gb hard drive contains a treasure trove of unreleased music, photos, videos, and legal documents.

Tupac recording history reads the lot description, the photos and videos bring you right into Tupacs life the mid to late 90s.

The song question is never before heard a version of “Letz Get It On(let’s get ready to rumble). Some of the highlights on the hard drive include a 35-second clip from the never-released song.

Which is incredibly rare in Tupac’s recording history. Alexander’s hard drive went up for sale on Wednesday (December 1), with bids starting at $10,000.

Sauti Sol’s Polycarp Otieno has officially launched a children’s book dubbed Written in the Stars.

He said that the book is the first publication of his upcoming Papa and I series.

“Hence the content we feed our children matters a lot, as they get to learn more about the true essence of who they are and where they come from.

There hasn’t been enough African content for kids that is relatable.

“That said, Allow me to present to you, ‘WRITTEN IN THE STARS’!! First one of the ‘Papa and I series’ is set to launch across the next several months.

Rihanna named Barbados ‘National Hero’

The singer was awarded the honors when she attended the declaration of the republic and inauguration ceremony for Mason in her hometown of Bridgetown on November 30, 2021.

She is the second woman in Barbados history to be given the honor of National Hero after religious leader Sarah Ann Gill, who died in 1866.

she is also only one of two living Barbados National Heroes, with the other being 85-year-old cricketer Sir Garfield, who received the title in 1998.
