Here is a list of top richest musicians in Kenya as per now;

1. Akothee

Number 1 in our list of richest musicians in Kenya is singer Akothee also known as ‘Madam Boss’. She is included in the country’s list of wealthiest musicians, with an estimated net worth of Ksh600 million.

The singer has several assets under her name, including a beach resort in Diani, a real estate company, an Sh80 million house in Rongo in Migori, several expensive cars, and a tour company, Akothee Safaris.

Akothee has accumulated a lot of wealth over the past 10 years after divorcing her husband. She was married more than twice to white men.

2.  Jaguar

Jaguar, who is also currently the Starehe Constituency Member of Parliament, has one of Kenya’s most inspiring success stories. From rags to riches, the singer is now ranked among the richest musicians in Kenya.

The Kigeugeu hit maker is also an entrepreneur with a portfolio that consists of a taxi firm, a security company, an auto garage, and real estate. He also owns a Ksh20 million house in his backyard.

During popular events, especially political rallies, the singer makes Ksh 1 million per single performance.

Jaguar also owns a Range Rover Sport, Bentley, Mercedes Benz E240, and Lexus GL 450.

His wealth is estimated up to Ksh 350 million.

3. Nameless

David Mathenge, aka Nameless, is also among the top richest musicians. His musical journey started in 1999 when Capital FM was searching for talent,Nameless emerged the best. Thereafter, the Nasinzia hit maker released hit after hit, collaborating with the late E-Sir and other top artists. In a span of 10 years, the singer managed to accumulate a good amount.

Nameless is the pioneer of local urban music, which has, over the years, gained popularity in the country.

The architect also owns several businesses in Nairobi, alongside his wife, Wahu. The two have joint assets amounting to over Ksh100 million.

4. Size 8-Linet Munyali

The gospel musician and mother of two, Size 8, who is married to DJ MO, is quite rich. The singer has appeared in many commercials as well as promotions, which earns her good money.

Her husband, DJ MO, makes at least Ksh600,000 per month, Size 8 manages up to Ksh 500,000. Together with their assets combined they make it to the top richest musicians in Kenya.

5. Wyre

Dancehall MusicianWyre, the Love Child, is the only Kenyan who can sing reggae and R&B music. He has featured popular artists like Alaine and several Jamaican artists.

During his journey as a musician, a father, and a husband, he has made not only a name but also wealth.

6. Habida

Habida is a talented musician and also a model. She has worked with Kiko Romeo. She majored in drama at Lewisham College, London, and later music at Kennesaw State University in Atlanta.

On her return home, she worked with Robert Kimanzi, aka RKay, a renowned producer, and succeeded in flooding radio and television stations with the single Sunshine alongside Nameless. She has won awards like the Best Video Award at the East African CHAT Awards, 2010.

7. Nonini

Nonini is a co-pioneer of Africanised Hip Hop, Genge. He works for One FM as a Breakfast presenter. Famously referred to as The Godfather of Genge, he runs three studios that enjoy massive airplay locally, making him the highest-paid artist in 2012 by MCSK. Nonini launched a foundation, the Colour Kwa Face Foundation, to fight for the rights of people living with albinism.

Huddah Monroe arrested in Dubai.

Huddah has never seemed to be in a hurry to come back to Kenya since going to Dubai. At some point, the beauty had hinted at her desire to come back to Kenya but this never came to light. She confirmed selling her house in Nairobi to a fan.

However, Huddah who has been in Dubai for a while now is going through a hard time as she cannot come back to her home country anytime soon.Words have it that she is under arrest following afraid case

In July 2020, the Huddah cosmetic CEO denied charges of going broke while in Dubai. A source who is in Dubai revealed to the already informed blogger Edgar Obare that she has been hearing rumors that Huddah together with her boyfriend has been arrested.

“When are you coming home,we miss you”.

“The world is s my home.I no longer have a specific place I call home.Anywhere that I feel at peace ,am content.And happy that’s home for me”.

She added “I no longer have a home in Kenya,I sold it”.

Khloe Kardashian and Tristan Thompson have called it quits, again.

A source said that the reality star and professional basketball player recently decided to go their separate ways. They share one child together, 3-year-old daughter True.

News of their most recent breakup comes amid reports that Khloe threatened to take legal action against a woman who is claiming that Tristan fathered a child with her. Khloe is reportedly suing the woman, Kimberly Alexander, for defamation, claiming that she fabricated direct messages to make it look like she and the reality star had a conversation over Instagram.

Khloe’s attorney, Lynda B. Goldman of Lavely & Singer Professional Corporation, claimed in court documents to that “a DNA test from one of the nation’s top labs confirmed that Mr. Thompson is not the father of [Kimberly’s] child.”

Additionally, Instagram model Sydney Chase claimed during an April interview that she hooked up with Tristan back in the fall. Tristan has vehemently denied her claims.

The two are set to feature in an upcoming African reality show called “Young, Famous and African.

On Tuesday, 22 June 2021, Zari Hassan took to social media to share the good news, stating that she is about to take over Netflix.

The upcoming reality show is set to feature a total of 8 African stars, if the posters shared by Netflix is anything to go by.

Chibu Dangote and his Baby Mama will be joining the list of other African stars who have featured on the International Movie streaming platform.
